Return/Exchange Policy

※ Due to product quality issues or incorrect items, returns or exchanges can be made without any fees.

※ Quality issues: Clothing that is damaged within 15 days of wear or after 3 washes, shoes that have sole separation or damage within 90 days; color discrepancies or damage upon receipt of the product;

※ Returns or exchanges due to personal reasons require a handling fee:

The following are the charging standards and policies in Taiwan:

  • For 2 items or less, a fee of 99 TWD will be charged (Platinum VIP members and above will be charged 49 TWD);
  • For 3-5 items, a fee of 199 TWD will be charged (Platinum VIP members and above will be charged 129 TWD);
  • For 6 items or more, a fee of 10% of the order amount will be charged (if below 199 TWD, a fee of 199 TWD will be charged);


◎ Exchange process: Receive the package → Please submit an exchange request to customer service (within the 15-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the exchange process → Logistics will pick up the package / self-send to the store → Exchange items arrive → MaDeng sends out the exchange package → Pay the exchange fee upon receiving the package.

◎ Refund process: Receive the package → Please submit a refund request to customer service (within the 15-day appreciation period) → Customer service confirms the refund process → Logistics will pick up the package / self-send to the store → Please take a photo of the pickup receipt and send it to customer service → Customer service processes the refund (credit card & PayPal payments will be refunded to the original payment method, cash on delivery will require a bank account for the transfer, service fees will be deducted)

1. The product must be brand new / unused / not submerged in water / within the 15-day appreciation period (including holidays).
2. Exchange items may not always be in stock; if out of stock, an additional 3-20 days will be required (excluding holidays), please understand.
3. If you need to exchange again after receiving the exchanged item, you will need to bear the round-trip shipping costs again. If you process a return, the shipping cost for the exchange is considered a consumable item and will not be refunded.
